The gym at The Oakwood is divided into three distinct areas, including a well-equipped cardio suite, a dedicated space for strength and conditioning and a separate section for free weights. In addition, we feature two large fitness studios to meet a wide range of fitness needs.

Strength and Conditioning Room

Build strength, improve fitness and move better with our dedicated Strength & Conditioning area. Using a variety of equipment, including kettlebells, curved treadmill, medicine balls, assault bike and resistance tools, you'll challenge your body in creative and functional ways. Develop power, endurance and confidence while training for real-life performance and long-term health. 

The Cardiovascular Section

Our cardio area features treadmills, rowers, bikes, crosstrainers and a SkiErg to help you improve fitness in a variety of ways. Wether you are warming up, cooling down, building endurance or increasing workout intensity, cardio training supports hearth health, boosts energy levels and enhances overall physical performance. 

The Free Weights Room

Experience the timeless benefits of strength training in our free-weights area. Equipped with dumbbells, a variation of bars and benches, it is the perfect space to challenge yourself, build muscle, increase strength and develop confidence. Push your limits with traditional training that continue to deliver proven results. 

Fitness Studios

Our fitness studios are home to a wide range of fun, motivating classes for all abilities. From pilates and yoga to boxercise, spin, circuits and more, there is something for everyone. Enjoy expert instructions, a supportive atmosphere and varied workouts designed to keep exercise enjoyable, effective and rewarding.
