Booking Terms & Conditions for The Oakwood Club

Please carefully read and understand the following booking terms and conditions before making a reservation or booking at The Oakwood Club Ltd.

By booking any activities or services with us, you agree to abide by these terms.

1. Booking Process:

1.1 All bookings must be made through our official app or by calling our reception team.

1.2 To book an activity or session, you must be of a suitable age and meet any skill or health requirements specified by The Oakwood Club.

1.3 Bookings are subject to availability and are on a first-come, first-served basis.

1.4 Bookings for members are made available to book 6 days in advance from the time of the class.

1.5 You should only proceed with booking classes, activities, parties and clubs after reading the important information displayed on our website and in the description in the booking process.

2. Cancellations and Refunds:

2.1 You may cancel a booking up to 24 hours before the class through our app.

2.2 Within the 24-hour period before the class, members can cancel by contacting our reception team.

2.3 Failure to attend a booked activity or session without proper cancellation will result in a strike being added to your account.

3. Payment:

3.1 Payment for activities or sessions must be made in full at the time of booking.

3.2 We accept various forms of payment, which will be detailed on our website and booking platform.

4. Health and Safety:

4.1 You are responsible for ensuring that you are in good health and suitable physical condition for any activities you book.

4.2 If you have any medical conditions, injuries or other health concerns, you should consult with a healthcare provider before participating in any activities.

4.3 The Oakwood Club reserves the right to deny access to any activity to anyone who, in our judgement, poses a risk to their health or safety or the health and safety of others.

5. Personal Belongings:

5.1 The Oakwood Club is not responsible for any loss, theft or damage to personal belongings brought onto the premises.

6. Code of Conduct:

6.1 You must conduct yourself in a respectful and appropriate manner at all times while at The Oakwood Club.

6.2 Any disruptive or inappropriate behaviour may result in immediate expulsion from the premises without a refund.

7. Changes and Cancellations by The Oakwood Club:

7.1 The Oakwood Club reserves the right to cancel or reschedule activities due to unforeseen circumstances or events beyond our control. In such cases, we will make reasonable efforts to notify you and provide alternatives.

8. Liability:

8.1 The Oakwood Club is not liable for any injuries, accidents or medical conditions that may arise from participating in our activities.

8.2 By booking and participating, you acknowledge and accept any inherent risks associated with any of our activities or classes.

9. Privacy Policy:

9.1 By booking with The Oakwood Club, you agree to our Privacy Policy, which can be found on our website or designated channels.

10. Amendments to Terms:

10.1 The Oakwood Club reserves the right to amend these terms at any time. Any changes will be posted on our website, and it is your responsibility to review these terms periodically.

10.2 By booking with The Oakwood Club, you acknowledge that you have read, understood and agreed to these Booking Terms and Conditions. If you do not agree with any part of these terms, please refrain from booking activities and classes with us.
