Get fit . . . with friends!

With brighter days on the way, now is the perfect time to build momentum and feel your best for the summer. Whether you’re new to fitness or looking to level up your routine, personal training is one of the most effective ways to make real, lasting progress.

And training with friends makes it even better.

Working out as a small group keeps you motivated, consistent and accountable. With support from our PTs, you’ll stay focused, encouraged and inspired to keep pushing forward together.

How it works  

Members can create their own small group and contact their chosen trainer directly using the email address listed under each trainer’s name in the gym or on our website.

Non‑members are welcome too but will need to sign up before taking part.

Groups can train once or twice per week, with two, three or four people attending at the same time – perfect for building a routine that carries you confidently into summer.
