Class Timetable Updates

We’re pleased to share a few updates to our class timetable.

Georgia is back teaching Vinyasa Yoga on Monday evenings, bringing her flowing, breath-led practice back to The Oakwood.

Nour will now be teaching Restorative Yoga on Monday evenings, offering a slower, calming class designed to help you unwind, stretch and reset.

Kerry is also launching two brand-new classes: Engine Room on Thursdays. This class is designed to build strength, stamina and all-round fitness in a fun, motivating group environment.

All classes are available to book via The Oakwood app 6 days in advance.
