Strength Training Workshops – Starting 6th April

We’re excited to introduce a brand-new series of strength training workshops, designed to help you master key movements, improve your technique and build confidence in the gym. These workshops will break down fundamental exercises, ensuring you learn proper form, warm-ups, mobility work and strength-building techniques.

Each week, we’ll focus on a different movement, covering everything from squats to kettlebells. Whether you're a beginner or looking to refine your technique, these workshops will provide hands-on coaching to help you progress.

Workshop Schedule

Week 1 (Starting 6th April): Squats
Week 2: Deadlifts & Romanian Deadlifts (RDL)
Week 3: Bench Press & Chest Exercises (e.g., Dumbbell Bench)
Week 4: Back Training (e.g. Bent-over Rows & Pull-ups)
Week 5: Shoulder Training (e.g. Shoulder Press)
Week 6: Hip Thrusts
Week 7: Kettlebell Training 

What You’ll Learn

How to warm up effectively before performing each movement
Proper technique and form to maximize results and prevent injury
How to stretch and cool down to aid recovery
Strength-building tips to progressively get stronger
Core-engagement techniques to enhance stability and control

These workshops are open to all skill levels, so whether you're looking to perfect your squat, improve your deadlift or explore kettlebell training, there’s something for everyone.
