PowerPyramids: A high-energy spin class blending resistance and cadence. Push through intensity peaks, climbs, sprints and endurance challenges. Perfect for those who love variety and a challenge!

Strength & Power: A 1-hour full-body class focusing on key movements like bench presses, squats and shoulder presses. Strengthen all major muscle groups to boost performance and confidence.

Vinyasa Yoga: Flow through breath in this dynamic class. Build strength, flexibility and balance while calming the mind. Leave feeling energised and refreshed!
