Think you’ve got upper body power? It’s time to prove it!
This July, we’re challenging you to hit the bench press and show us what you’re made of. Whether it’s half your body weight or the full thing, the goal is simple:
as many reps as possible.
Here’s how to get involved:
📍 Head to the Blue Room
✏️ Write your name and rep count on the whiteboard
🏆 The top performer wins a prize!
Push your limits, smash those reps and most importantly, have fun! Let’s go! 💪🏼
