Fresh Air Fitness Starts Next Week – Have You Booked Your Free Spot Yet? 

The wait is nearly over, Fresh Air Fitness with Katherine kicks off next Saturday, 10th May at 8:00 AM, and we’re counting down the days to our very first outdoor workout at The Oakwood!

The launch session is completely FREE for both members and non-members, it’s the perfect chance to get outdoors, move your body and experience everything Fresh Air Fitness has to offer. 

Here’s what to expect: 

  • A full-body, energising workout in the great outdoors 

  • Strength, cardio & functional movement led by our incredible trainer, Katherine

  • Equipment like kettlebells, battle ropes and medicine balls – all the fun stuff! 

  • Good energy, fresh air and that unbeatable post-workout feeling
